Meet Dr. Richard Conlen, MD, FACOG: Board-Certified OB/GYN and Recognized Leader in Women’s Wellness, Hormone Health, and Longevity Medicine

Dr. Richard Conlen is a physician of exceptional experience and distinction, bringing more than 30 years of clinical leadership to the field of women’s health. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), and a recognized expert in advanced hormone therapy, metabolic medicine, and preventive care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine and holds degrees in both Chemistry and Biology. In addition to licensure in Florida, Dr. Conlen maintains active affiliations with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Medical Association, and multiple regional and national medical societies.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Conlen has served in numerous leadership roles, including Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boca Raton Community Hospital and Medical Director for several nonprofit and private organizations. He is also the founder of Innovative Diabetic Solutions, where he leads the implementation of Physiological Insulin Resensitization (PIR), a groundbreaking protocol that uses insulin as a therapeutic hormone to treat metabolic dysfunction and restore insulin sensitivity.
